Italian Chicken Cordon Bleu with Prosciutto and Fontina Cheese

Our Italian twist on the traditional "chicken cordon bleu." First, we butterfly the chicken breast and stuff it with thinly sliced prosciutto and a log of aged fontina cheese. Roll it up, jelly roll style, and quickly sear both sides of the chicken breast in a screamin' hot cast iron skillet to seal in all the juiciness. Then, we bake this dish with our signature scratch made marinara sauce and top it with basil. We serve this with a side of al dente angel hair pasta. This dish is fit for two adult portions.
