Homestyle Italian Meatballs with Creamy Polenta

This meatball recipe has been in our family for generations, and we're so excited to prepare it for you! We have fond memories of waking up many a Sunday morning to the aroma of these delicious meatballs baking in the oven. We start with locally raised ground beef (from the Charles Family Farm in Lancaster, PA) and combine roasted garlic, Italian style breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, and fresh herbs for a tasty "melt-in-your-mouth" combo. We top our meatballs (three to an order) with our scratch made marinara sauce made from San Maranzano tomatoes and nestle them on a bed of creamy polenta. We hope you enjoy this taste from our childhood, as much as we love preparing it.
